Had a gift certificate from a neighbor. First time going to Gravity Spa. We had scheduled a couples deep tissue massage. Brittany and AJ were our masseuse. Both were great!! Felt so relaxed afterwards. Already scheduled our next massages. They also have 2 flotation tanks. May try on another visit.

My first time in the flotation tank. Well taken care of facility. Very relaxing as the water temperature was perfect. Would recommend to anyone needing to unwind. 🙂

Have always been curious about floating and when I saw the pay what you can promotion, I knew I had to try it. My husband and I finished our floats today and I loved it! took me about 25 minutes to fully relax, but when I did I almost fell asleep. will definitely try a 90 minute next and maybe pair it with a massage!

I absolutely love this space they cater to veterans I looked at the float tanks but haven't tried them, all of my massages have been exceptional and I'm a retired massage therapist who was very good at it. They are great all the way around tops massage envy and other chain type spas.

Super clean space. When I first walked in they offered me tea. Eclipse was such a sweetie. She gave helpful information on how I can achieve the best meditation state while in the pod. Highly recommend the message before the float. I had janella and she was awesome. I like my massages harder and she delivered. I was sooo relaxed when I left. I am definitely going back. Calm, relaxing, great facilities

Second time at Gravity Spa, first time having a deep tissue massage with Sam and he was amazing! Very relaxing and definitely helped my tense and sore spots. His communication was spot on and he was very professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

First time floating today. Took my wife for her birthday.
I spent the first 5 minutes fighting with the pillow, bouncing off the walls and getting comfortable and then about 10 minutes listening to my own breathing and heart beat as I drifted in and out of a dreamy state thinking about all the crap in my life just faded away and then I fell asleep while seeing lots of colorful visuals and hearing music in my head..... I don’t really know if I was asleep or awake in a zen like state. Then I became aware of my mind detaching from my body and I realized I couldnt feel much of my body. Was totally motionless but I could no longer feel the water or the air. It was incredible. I felt like my mind was totally free to fly anywhere it wanted and my body sequestered in this little tank. Then I thought about all the things that were happening out in the world and I didn’t HAVE to be there, and it would still go on without me. Felt really great like a huge relief. I then started to feel the need to stretch my body and like I was waking up in bed but I realized I was in the tank and slowly started to move around and feel the water again. Gently stretching each part of my body, sort of like one at a time and moving around felt amazing and relieving the sensation deprivation was WOW really a cool craving. Like I wanted to get out and feel my body moving again but I stayed in a little longer and really settled into a dreamy state of mind thinking about how the float had gone and I looked forward to sharing the experience and talking with my wife..... about that time the chimes were ringing and I got out slowly recovered and went on with the rest of our day.
The effects of this float continued all day, with heightened awareness on sensations and colors and even things like signs and logos seemed really intense to me. My sense of self was also sort of changed, I think a little less of myself and foolish for thinking I had become really important to the world. Locking myself in the tank today helped me reset and realize I’m just me and there’s a lot of people in this world who are just like me and none of us should be cruising around with the high self worth I had on my mind ...... because really life is short and when I was in the tank it really didn’t matter to anyone else but me...... and when I’m gone it won’t matter but to a few people..... the world will go on and while we are here we should be kind and try to enjoy all the smallest little details like taking a few minutes to float around doing nothing, it might just help you see everything you’re missing. It’s all right in front of us, and turning it all off for a few minutes let’s you see it all new again like for the first time.

Can’t wait to float again, would highly recommend it to a friend.

today's my birthday, so this was a perfect way to start it. the place itself is nice and relaxing, everyone is friendly. this was my first float so it was very different experience I recommend everyone should try it. it's soothing and relaxing. I just about fell asleep when the music came on. I felt like I was in bed at home you'll feel the same!!

I had the pleasure of having a Hot Stone massage by Emily followed by an hour float session. It was my first time for both and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

As a Veteran, I use the float tanks at Gravity Spa. Since starting to use them, I find that they are beneficial to me in helping to provide stress relief, and pain relief for my joints. One of the best parts about the float tanks is the staff and team members at Gravity Spa that are supportive, encouraging, and most of all, caring. Combining their expertise with their love and respect of the Veteran community, it's a total win-win situation. I hope people see this review and encourage their friends, especially if they're Veterans to use Gravity Spa. I cannot say enough great things about this business and how they support the Veteran community and the community at large.

I had an appointment with Maretta and it was amazing. Her voice is so soft and soothing throughout the massage and checked multiple times to make sure the pressure was okay. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments with her in the future. Front desk staff was very nice as well, the whole process was so easy and pleasant.

The float was new and unique to me after massage for an even more glorious relaxation experience. The amenities in float/shower area made it hassle free. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q Tips, towel, wash cloth, earplugs (if desired for float) are provided for your convenience. Tension Tamer tea was lovely in relaxation area after services, thank you.

I had a 90 minute massage with Anthony (A.J) today and let me tell you!! it was pure perfection! excellent pressure and just an all around great massage! I feel amazing!! if I was you I would give him a try!!! ..... I prefer medium pressure to work out the kinks but not be painful. he hit everything I asked for perfectly!!!!!

Had a superbly painful and therapeutic massage by Maretta. I booked the massage by phone, specifically requesting someone who specializes in providing athletic/sports massages for tough knots, not wanting a relaxing gentle massage. I saw that online booking was available where you can select different types of massages (aromatherapy, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, etc.) but I was skeptical and wanted to ask in person.The clerk scheduled me with Maretta and by the gods it was exactly what I needed. There wasn't 5 minutes that went by without a grunt or my face contorting as she pushed through some extremely tight muscles and tendons. Now there's a difference between good pain and bad pain, but let me assure you this was all good pain.Maretta even found some knots I didn't even know I had. I told her my back and thighs were usual sore spots and asked her to focus on those, but she found areas in my calves, chest, and lats and surprisingly had time to go through all those areas in addition to the areas I requested.110% recommend Maretta for your sports massage needs.

Could not recommend this place enough! From the moment you walk in you feel taken care of. They asked about any problem areas I was having before my massage and made sure the right pressure/comfort level was there. Definitely will be coming back

Can't speak on the new issues with recent cleanliness. I went a few times in 2018 and once in early 2019 and the staff was great. I appreciate the discounts out there for the floats and would suggest all new people to float 1.5 hours or more to get the full experience. It's very enjoyable and relaxing but takes me about 30-45 minutes to clear my head and get comfortable.

I absolutely love this place. I have been practicing meditation and the float experience was profound! Truly allowed me to submerge deep into an enlightening, meditative experience. The deep tissue massage I received after was absolutely amazing. I have shoulder knots that need a lot of pressure, and Kim was able to work through them. I left there feeling like a million bucks. I decided once a month I will give myself the love and relaxation I deserve with the help of Gravity Spa

Long review coming: I got an hour massage followed by an hour float as a birthday present. The massage was by far the most amazing massage I’ve ever gotten. If you go, ask for Sam. He had the perfect amount of pressure, and got all the kinks out of my back that I feel constantly. Next I headed to the flotation tanks for my first float. I got the run down and was ready to go. Now, I’ve NEVER had issues with claustrophobia, but within a minute of the door to the tank closing I couldn’t breathe and thought “oh god what have I done?” I don’t know if it was the smell of the room (it’s a warm, moist environment. It doesn’t smell bad, it just smells different) or the idea of being in a closed space, but I had to roll up a towel and leave an inch or so gap in the tank door or I wasn’t going to last the hour. When they say at some point you don’t know what parts of your body are touching water and what parts aren’t is absolutely true - until you twitch or have a itch and move. Then the water splashes and you know immediately what’s wet and what isn’t. I must have fallen asleep at some point because the hour flew by. About the time I felt like I was done, the chimes started playing and my time was up.

All in all it was a great experience. Would I go back for another massage with Sam? In a heartbeat. Will I ever float again? That’s up for discussion.

Oh, and if you have somewhere to go after your float, do yourself a favor and take a hairbrush.

We had a couples massage from Nuray and Sam the other day and it was incredible. Definitely just what we needed. We recommend the deep tissue from Nuray and the Hot rock from Sam. While I couldn't really enjoy the float the place has a great vibe and wonderful people who work there. I'll definitely come back to try the massages, the enclosed floatation tank was a bit too much for me to handle. However even when i started freaking out the woman working offered me tea and water and got me a light to try to help me relax. Great service and great people!

I’ve been coming to gravity spa for years and have never had a bad experience. I have been to other spas in the area and none compare to gravity spa! Their massage therapists are all so great. The receptionists are always friendly. I highly suggest floating and getting a massage if you have 2+ hours to dedicate to self care. It’s a place that truly cares about their clients well beings - mind body and soul.
